It was a Good Night that brought a lot of questions that was well answered by Fred Kemmerer. Fred’s topic on how to build your club along with the slides were very informative. We are excited to announce that this months Guest Speaker is Fred Kemmerer AB1OC who is a candidate for the ARRL New England Division Director.

Fred is an Extra Class Radio Amateur. He is an Electrical Engineer and has held positions as a Technology and Business Executive in the Telecommunications industry. His Amateur Radio interests include Station Building and Space Communications and he writes a widely followed Blog (https://stationproject.blog) on these topics.

As President of the Nashua Area Radio Society for the past 5 years, Fred has grown the club to over 400 members and guided the club to the Club Of The Year award at the 2019 Dayton Hamvention. The club’s success has been built, in large part, by creating a focus on mentoring and new ham development. Fred has also been active in bringing Amateur Radio to young people in schools including serving as an ARISS Mentor and Ground Station.
